In this episode, actor Jérémy Sanaghéal takes a look at the third flagship pillar of the Symbiose project: its social aspect. To do so, he will put on his “Doc” outfit and go to meet Emeline, Dominique and Ingrid… A colorful (and musical) episode!
It is at the heart of the future Symbiose site that Jérémy meets Emeline Petiteau to discuss the HR initiatives undertaken in order to get employees on board with the construction of the new plant. Internal satisfaction surveys, training programs, Yammer social network – there is no shortage of tools to create a collaborative environment!
With the Symbiose project, we needed employees to get involved, in particular so we could bear in mind their expectations and needs for this new plant.
To learn more about the different communities of experts within the Electronics activity, the current plant is the place to be. This is where Jérémy meets Dominique Mallard. They discuss his role within the various communities: “Experts network” for the engineering part and “Digifriends” for support towards the digital transition.
These communities of experts promote mutual assistance and the exchange of skills. A real bonus when it comes to creating bonds between the teams!
Back on the construction site, Jérémy gives the future break room a whirl and watches a video of Ingrid Le Corvaisier, who worked on the development of the Symbiose offices and the new head office of LACROIX. Comfort, ergonomics and well-being were the key points for this project.
For the future Symbiose plant, we have designed an ideal working environment for employees, with particular attention paid to space design, acoustics and light.
By getting all hands on deck to do what we do every day, to create our spaces and tools, and by using our lateral communication culture we then become stronger together!
