Founded in 2014, the Mexican plant is based in Juarez, Mexico. The plant benefits from a privileged geographical positioning, just minutes from the US border. It also offers cost-competitive electronics production.
In 2017, the factory was named “EMS Company of the Year” by “Circuits Assembly” magazine and the Juarez facility regularly wins supplier awards from its customer base.
Juarez facility combines unique technology with Lean manufacturing principles to deliver medium through high volume manufacturing solutions to customers in the automotive, medical, industrial and consumer electronics industries.
Cross-trained employees are capable of transitioning around the factory as production operation demand changes. This enables the team to meet rigorous NPI requirements and execute fast ramps to volume production.

These 6 state-of-the-art SMT lines include 3D inline solder paste inspection (SPI) and automated optical inspection (AOI). The facility’s reflow capabilities include both convection reflow and vapor phase reflow. Its wave solder system has the ability to process multiple assembly types simultaneously, changing its profile based on each assembly’s bar code.
